    • Text continues: Work or fight. What's the difference between a slacker and a traitor? Think it over.
    • Caption: A striking scene when the French charged the Germans and put them to rout. The scene was drawn by F. Matania from a first hand description given to him by some of the participants. It shows the desperate fighting in a place in France where the Germans had the upper hand but when the rallying cry "Vive La France" was sounded the French Poilus rallied and defeated the invaders.
